Repository Policy
The Journal of Educational Technology and Online Learning (JETOL) allows authors to deposit different versions of their manuscripts in institutional or other repositories of their choice.
Authors are permitted to share their work in the following ways:
Submitted Version (Preprint)
Authors may deposit the submitted version of their manuscript in personal websites, institutional repositories, or preprint servers at any time.
Accepted Version (Author Accepted Manuscript – AAM)
After acceptance, authors may deposit the accepted manuscript version in institutional repositories, subject repositories, or personal websites. The deposited version should include a citation to the final published article in JETOL.
Published Version (Version of Record – VoR)
Authors are allowed to deposit the final published version of the article in institutional repositories or other platforms without embargo, provided that the original publication in JETOL is clearly acknowledged and linked.
JETOL encourages authors to disseminate their work widely in order to increase visibility, accessibility, and impact of scholarly research.”
